A gentle reminder
Life can get heavy, can’t it? At certain times the pressure from school, family, friends, relationship may build up as though there is a world on ones shoulders. To be academic achievers, to be available for others, and at the same time, to search for what they want to do in life all this at once could be overwhelming. Blessed are you, the queen, the master of the household, the constructor of your life - like the world wants too much from you.
I am here to say that you do not have to bear all that burden on your shoulders, it’s okay. Here’s my secret: it is alright to say that once in a while, one simply needs to take a breathe. It doesn’t take a genius, or someone who knows exactly what they are doing from the get go. It is not the case one should be all things to all people on earth. And this is not such a bad thing I have realized it’s about taking life as it comes moment by moment doing what one is capable of doing and at the same time taking rest if one gets tired.
When all that you feel is overwhelmed, it is ok to take a break. The clock will keep ticking, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to bolt with it. Of course, it is alright to have one goal work on at a time and get things done slowly and progressively. Do not let the pressure force you to the extent of reaching for the crack of pressures.
